Study Summary

This trial will develop and test a program to help older adults with cognitive decline improve their brain health.

Who is the study for?
This trial is for older adults in the U.S. with mild cognitive impairment or subjective cognitive decline, ready to improve brain health. They must have internet access, a device with a camera, speak English, and be willing to make lifestyle changes. What is being tested?
The Brain Health Together program aims to support brain health in older adults through live-streaming group sessions focused on lifestyle changes. The study will evaluate how effective this digital intervention is at maintaining or improving cognitive function among participants.See study design
What are the potential side effects?
Since this trial involves non-medical interventions like education and lifestyle modifications rather than drugs or medical procedures, traditional side effects are not expected; however, participants may experience fatigue or stress from new activities.
