- I have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or dementia.I do not have a major neurological disorder like Parkinson's, MS, or ALS.My mood or anxiety disorder has been difficult to manage lately.I have had a spinal fracture in the last year.I have noticed a decline in my memory or thinking, or I was diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment in the last year.I have not had a stroke or heart attack in the last year.I can move around without needing help or devices.I have two or more risk factors for brain health issues.I can join live online classes with video.I have experienced severe dizziness or vertigo in the last year.I do not have severe vision or hearing problems.
- Group 1: Brain Health Academy
- Group 2: Brain Health Together
- Group 3: Maintain Brain Health Together
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.

"This trial seeks to measure the Alzheimer's disease Risk Index - Short Form-Change (ANU-ADRI-SF) over a baseline and 3 month period. Secondary outcomes include changes in Depression, Loneliness / Social Isolation, and Emotional Wellbeing as measured by respective validated scales. Results for these metrics range from -94 to +94, 3 to 9, and 9 to 45 respectively with higher scores indicating more favourable results."
