Who is running the clinical trial?

- You are between 60 and 85 years old.You have a CDR score higher than 1 during a phone or video evaluation.You scored less than 13 on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) given through a video call.You can sit comfortably for about 30 minutes.You have been diagnosed with dementia by a doctor.You do not have dementia and you fit into one of these categories: Cognitively Unimpaired, Cognitively Unimpaired with Subjective Cognitive Impairment, or Mild Cognitive Impairment.You have a close family member with dementia, or you have certain health conditions like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity, or are not physically active, which may increase your risk of developing dementia.You cannot see or hear well enough to participate in remote assessments, tests, or online programs.
- Group 1: Brain Health PRO
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.

"This medical trial is currently seeking 350 elderly individuals aged 60 to 85 who demonstrate signs of cognitive decline. To apply, potential participants must display the following: linguistic aptitude in either English or French, auditory and visual acuity sufficient enough for remote clinical assessment and an online education program, the ability to remain seated comfortably for 30 minutes at a time, no history of dementia amongst first-degree family members; completion and attestation of electronic informed consent forms, technological proficiency with computers/internet access as well as sending/receiving emails; Cognitively Unimpaired (CU) plus Subjective Cognitive Impairment (SCI)."
