- You have been diagnosed with mental health conditions, such as eating disorders or schizophrenia, or certain neurological conditions like epilepsy or stroke. You also have other significant health issues like congestive heart failure or kidney disease.You are currently enrolled in a structured program to improve your memory or make lifestyle changes, like a diabetes prevention program.You must be between 45 and 75 years old.You have a history of having difficulty learning.Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 39.9.You can have only one of the following protective factors for Alzheimer's disease: high physical activity, high fish consumption, or high cognitive engagement.You have at least two of the following risk factors for Alzheimer's disease: low education level, being overweight or obese, history of diabetes, history of high blood pressure, history of high cholesterol, history of smoking, and history of head injury.You are able to do light to moderate physical activities.You have had a recent heart problem or cancer treatment, are on dialysis, or are waiting for an organ transplant.You have severe vision problems that make it difficult to see things clearly, such as being legally blind or having certain eye conditions.
- Group 1: Digital Lifestyle Intervention
- Group 2: Health Education
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.

"This clinical trial is accepting 200 candidates in between the age brackets of 45 and 75 who are currently living with dementia. In order to qualify, they must satisfy a range of qualifications including: an appropriate BMI rating (18.5 - 39.9 kg/m2), possession of at least two risk factors for AD from ANU-ADRI, access to email or text messaging services, ability to partake in physical activity that is light to moderate intensity, willingness to be randomized into this study, and either one protective factor for AD from ANU-ADRI or higher level education than high school."
