"This medical trial seeks to enrol 20 individuals aged between 18 and 50 who have a pregnant patient with obesity. To qualify, the mother must be of legal age, in her 37th week or later of gestation, carrying a single fetus that is head-down facing downwards; there should be no contraindication for labor or vaginal delivery. The pre-pregnancy BMI has to exceed 30 kg/m2 as per self-reported figures confirmed by medical records from either before pregnancy or early trimester. Additionally, cervical dilation shouldn't surpass 4 cm upon induction initiation. Prospective applicants must also not have given birth previously and must come"
