- You have received therapy for mental health issues before.You have had surgery within the past year.You have a delay in your development.You have a scheduled major surgery involving the spine, abdomen, chest, or major joints.You have been taking opioid medications regularly for more than 6 months before the surgery.You have a serious overall health condition.
- Group 1: Self-directed mindfulness
- Group 2: Provider-directed mindfulness
- Group 3: Conventional care
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
