Participants must have a compatible phone or tablet, and at least one risk factor such as being overweight, having pre-diabetes/diabetes, high blood pressure/cholesterol, smoking habits, low physical activity/fish intake, high alcohol consumption or mild/moderate depression.Check my eligibility
