- I do not use alcohol or nicotine products.My weight has been stable, not changing more than 5 lbs in the last 3 months.My blood pressure is often above 140/90 mmHg.I am a woman who became postmenopausal between 1 and 10 years ago.I have diabetes or take medication that affects my bones.I have irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, or I haven't had a bowel movement in three days or more.My recent physical exam and blood tests for thyroid, liver, kidney, and cholesterol are normal.I will avoid tanning booths and tropical travel before and during the study.My bone density scan shows I do not have osteoporosis.I have used a tanning booth or traveled to a tropical climate in the last 6 weeks.I have a condition like cystic fibrosis or celiac disease that affects how my body absorbs nutrients.I haven't taken heartburn or bone-related meds like antacids or diuretics in the last 6 weeks.I have not taken supplements or medications that affect calcium or appetite in the last 6 weeks.I have a sleep disorder or regularly use melatonin supplements.I haven't taken antibiotics, NSAIDs, or probiotics in the last 6 weeks.
- Group 1: Morning Exercise
- Group 2: Evening Exercise
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
