Who is running the clinical trial?

- People under the age of 18.You are between 18 and 89 years old.You must be able to speak English.You are scheduled to receive chemotherapy infusion for head and neck, breast, or thoracic cancers at the OHSU South Waterfront Center for Health & Healing building 2.You possess the capacity to comprehend and agree to sign a written informed consent form.You have social or mental health conditions that may make it difficult for you to follow the study requirements.You have a history of seizures or epilepsy.You have a pacemaker or defibrillator implanted or need to use a hearing aid constantly.Adults who are not able to make their own decisions.You are undergoing chemotherapy treatment for a duration of at least 10 minutes.Women who are currently pregnant.You have a history of feeling dizzy or having vertigo that lasts for a long time.
- Group 1: Group 1 (VR)
- Group 2: Group 2 (Smartphone)
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
