- This criterion means that doctors, resident doctors, and nurse anesthetists at Mount Sinai Health System who are getting computerized alerts during the installation of a new electronic health record system.This is my first surgery since the study began.I am not having surgery to donate an organ.I am an adult with a history of cognitive issues and am having surgery at Mount Sinai.
- Group 1: Clinical Decision Support
- Group 2: Standard of Care
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
