This trial will investigate if a digital health app can help family and friends of older adults with Covid in home caregiving and self-care. 50 caregivers (age 65+) at Duke Univ. Hospital will use the app with guidance from the study team.

Who is the study for?
This trial is for primary caregivers aged 65 or older who are helping a loved one of the same age range recover at home after being discharged from Duke University Hospital. Participants must own and be able to use a smartphone or tablet.Check my eligibility
