Who is the study for?

They must plan to deliver at University Hospital at Downstate and can join from 13 weeks gestation up until delivery, allowing follow-up to three months postpartum.Check my eligibility
What is being tested?
The WeCAB intervention is being tested against usual care. It includes a community health worker trained in digital care navigation for the participants. The study aims to see if this leads to better use of postpartum care services.See study design
What are the potential side effects?
Since this is a behavioral intervention involving digital care navigation rather than medication, traditional side effects are not expected as part of this trial.
