Study Summary
This trial is comparing two different techniques for digital blocks, the traditional dorsal technique and the volar technique. The study will follow a two-period cross-over design with four groups that are defined by the sequence of treatments within each group.

- I have peripheral vascular disease.You do not have an index finger on either hand.I have a blood disorder.I do not have significant nerve pain or damage.I am a physician over 18 who performs digital blocks.You have experienced negative reactions in the past when using lidocaine.
- Group 1: V1 Lidocaine, D2 Saline
- Group 2: V1 Saline, D2 Lidocaine
- Group 3: D1 Lidocaine, V2 Saline
- Group 4: D1 Saline, V2 Lidocaine
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
