This trial will study the effects of an 8-hour eating window with 12 weeks duration, with restrictions on caffeine and physical activity, to measure body composition.

Who is the study for?
This trial is for adults aged 18-39 with a BMI over 25 who are sedentary or lightly active (less than 7,500 steps daily). It's not suitable for those with cardiovascular disease, diabetes, unstable weight, pregnancy, shift work employment, smoking history or taking weight loss medication.Check my eligibility

The study tests the effects of early time-restricted eating (eTRE) and eTRE combined with brief intense stair climbing (BISC) on body composition. Previous studies have been short-term; this aims to improve upon past research by addressing previous limitations.See study design
