- I can care for myself but may not be able to do active work.I have stopped or will continue antiandrogen therapy as required, with disease progression confirmed.My condition requires surgery as specified in the disease characteristics.My prostate cancer has not responded to hormone therapy and I haven't had chemotherapy.I am undergoing or have undergone hormone therapy for my condition.My cancer is not considered hormone resistant based only on PSA levels or pain.I haven't had any cancer in the last 5 years, except for minor skin cancers that were removed.My creatinine level is 2.0 mg/dL or lower.I do not have any active infections and I am HIV negative.It has been over 4 weeks since my last radiation treatment.My heart function is normal and I have no history of severe heart disease.I am taking LHRH antagonist and have not had an orchiectomy.I am not allergic to E. coli proteins or drugs with polysorbate 80.My liver tests are within the required range.I am not receiving any other chemotherapy treatments.I am not receiving any other biological treatments or white blood cell transfusions.I am not taking acetaminophen to prevent fever.My cancer can be measured or seen on tests.I am 18 years old or older.
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
