Study Summary
This trial will explore how aromatherapy affects nurses' happiness & satisfaction at work. After baseline measurements, aromatherapy stickers will be applied to badges & happiness/satisfaction measured at 3 & 6 months. Qualitative survey will measure overall impact.

Group I: Nurses Working in an Academic Health System (AHS)Experimental Treatment1 Intervention
Nurse participants will receive aromatherapy (AT) after baseline measurements. Each day, the participants will pick up AT stickers to wear throughout the day on their staff badges. Participants will receive monthly emails, reminding them to wear the AT every day that they are working.
