This trial has the potential to reduce HIV and intersectional stigma across the Spanish-speaking Caribbean by adapting and testing a patient-provider, clinic-based intersectional stigma-reduction intervention.

You are able to read and understand Spanish text.
You identify yourself as a sexual and gender minority (SGM).
You have close contact with someone who has HIV.
You speak Spanish.
You understand the study and agree to participate.
You must be at least 16 years old.
You have HIV.
You must receive treatment at one of the three locations where the study is taking place.
