This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You cannot read printed materials due to your blindness.You are currently receiving end-of-life care or comfort care.You have a problem with using opioid drugs.You have been diagnosed with dementia or prescribed medication used to treat dementia.

This trial has the following groups:- Group 1: Intervention
- Group 2: Usual Care
