This trial will compare the effectiveness of a new treatment for psoriasis (a combination of light therapy and an occlusive dressing) to light therapy alone and to no treatment, in 10 patients.

Adults aged 18-65 with mild to moderate psoriasis, who have specific scores on plaque assessments and are in good health. Women must agree to use contraception and not be pregnant or nursing.
