Eligibility Criteria:
This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You are taking medication to lower your blood sugar levels.You have access to telephone and internet services from a variety of sources, such as your home, workplace, friend's residence, relative's abode or public library.You have been diagnosed with prediabetes and meet the criteria of having an A1c level between 6.0-6.4% or a fasting glucose level in the range of 6.1-6.9 mmol/L, and you are at least 18 years old.You are taking medication for weight loss.You achieved a score of 33 or higher on the Canadian Diabetes Risk Assessment (CANRISK) Questionnaire (applicable to those aged 18-74).You have taken or plan to take steroids by mouth or injection within the last three months, but inhalers or nasal sprays are allowed.
