BRIDGE Trial Summary
This trial tests whether a new intervention (BRIDGE) improves mental wellness and parenting of moms of 3-5 year-olds with elevated depression symptoms, compared to an established treatment and community services. Participants will complete questionnaires, assessments, and wear a Fitbit.

- I have reported high levels of depression (PHQ-9 score ≥10).I have access to the internet.I have a child aged between 3 and 5 years.I can attend telehealth meetings.I am willing to fill out questionnaires before and after the treatment.
- Group 1: Building Regulation in Dual Generations (BRIDGE; DBT + Parenting)
- Group 2: Dialectical Behavioural Skills Training (DBT)
- Group 3: Services-As-Usual (SAU)
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
