This trial tests a reflective process to help people with chronic pain by empowering them and supporting their resilience.
Who is the study for?
This trial is for individuals who have been experiencing chronic pain for more than three months and can read and write English. It's not suitable for those with a history of bone cancer, current cancer treatment plans, severe psychiatric disorders, recent or ongoing substance abuse, recent disability claims or litigation involvement, participation in other conflicting studies, or uncontrolled depression.Check my eligibility
What is being tested?
The study tests self-guided activities designed to empower people with chronic pain by fostering resilience and thriving. Participants will use reflective tools at home to help manage their condition. The hypothesis is that most will find the intervention easy to understand and effective after orientation.See study design

Eligibility Criteria:
This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You are currently using drugs or alcohol excessively.I do not have uncontrolled depression or psychosis.I do not have severe visual or hearing problems.I have had pain for more than 3 months.You have started receiving disability benefits or compensation in the past year, or you are currently involved in a legal case.I am currently undergoing cancer treatment or will start within a year.I have had cancer that affected my bones or spread to my bones.I have not had cancer treatment in the last 2 years.
