What is being tested?
The study tests self-guided activities designed to empower people with chronic pain by fostering resilience and thriving. Participants will use reflective tools at home to help manage their condition. What are the potential side effects?
Since the interventions are non-medical self-guided activities focusing on reflection and personal empowerment without drugs or devices involved, there are no direct medical side effects associated with this trial.
