- I am between 13 and 17 years old with Type 1 Diabetes.Your scores on a questionnaire about stress and time pressure related to managing diabetes were high during your last clinic visit.You have a significant developmental disorder like autism or severe intellectual disability.I have medical conditions like asthma, but not endocrine disorders like thyroid issues.I do not use and do not plan to use non-insulin medication for my blood sugar.I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes over a year ago.
- Group 1: Diabetes Journey
- Group 2: Enhanced Standard of Care
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.

Secondary metrics include: daily insulin bolus count for pump users, carbohydrate entries per day for those using pumps and Quality of Life scores from Type 1 diabetes and Life - Youth Reports (range 0-100; higher scores signify improved quality)."
