"This clinical trial is looking for 8 people with muscular dystrophy, duchenne between the ages of 8 and 16. Candidates are required to meet the following criteria:Subject and subject's parent(s) or legal guardian agrees not to participate in another interventional study while participating in the present study., Abstain from sexual intercourse, OR If having heterosexual intercourse, must use a condom and their female partners who are of childbearing potential must use a highly effective contraception method., Subject has been on a stable regimen of corticosteroids for 6 months prior to the time of enrollment (at baseline)., Subject has been on"

"The primary outcome being measured in this clinical trial is the number of participants with vital sign abnormalities and/or adverse events, over a period of up to 28 weeks. Other outcomes being evaluated include maximum concentration (Cmax) of ASP0367 in plasma, percent change from baseline in serum myostatin/follistatin ratio, and change from baseline score in Performance of Upper Limb Module (PUL) assessment."
