- Your heart rate is either too slow (less than 40 beats per minute) or too fast (more than 100 beats per minute) during the screening visit or check-in.You have a history of Gilbert's Syndrome.You have had any serious illness, including viral infections, within the past 28 days before starting the study.You have a history of severe allergic reactions to rodatristat ethyl, moxifloxacin, or any similar medications.You have a past history of depression.You have any abnormal results from laboratory tests or any other medical, psychological, or social condition that could make it risky for you to participate in the study or affect the study results.You have shown signs of wanting to harm yourself or having thoughts of suicide.You have a history of certain heart problems or abnormal lab results that could increase your risk of a dangerous heart rhythm.You should avoid eating grapefruit, pomelo, Seville oranges, or drinking their juices for a week before the study and until the final lab sample is collected.
- Group 1: Rodatristat Ethyl
- Group 2: Moxifloxacin
- Group 3: Placebo for Rodatristat
- Group 4: Placebo for Moxifloxacin
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
