Gamma Knife treatment is conducted in one day and takes approximately 70 to 90 minutes.

Eligibility Criteria:
This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You have received radiation therapy to your whole brain in the past.You have already had specific types of treatment on one side of your brain.People 18 years or older, regardless of gender.You have been diagnosed with essential tremor by a neurologist or neurosurgeon.You need to be able to have MRI and CT scans of your head for planning your treatment.You have a score of 2 or higher for shaking or trembling when standing or trying to do something with your hand or arm.You have experienced shaking after taking certain medications for your condition.
