- Adults who are 18 years or older with type 2 diabetes.You have type 1 diabetes.You have a very advanced kidney disease.If you are African-American or Hispanic, your A1c (a measure of blood sugar) should be between 8% and 12%.You are currently taking steroids or have had an allergic reaction to adhesive materials in the past.You have used a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) in the past year.
- Group 1: Continuous Glucose Monitoring and Education Support Group
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
