Study Summary

This trial will compare two groups of people: one that will receive the Nurse-Community Health Worker-Family Partnership intervention, which includes in-home testing and referral to seasonal influenza vaccination services, and one that will act as the control and only receive treatment as usual. The study's hypothesis is that the intervention group will have improved household-level COVID-19 testing uptake, adoption of COVID control measures, and mutual aid capacity.
