Eligibility Criteria

Age 18+ · All Participants · 7 Total Inclusion Criteria

Mark “Yes” if the following statements are true for you:
They must not be currently on a psychotropic medication, or if they are on one, they must have been on a stable dose for the past three months.
I don't usually listen to music for relaxation purposes for more than an hour a week.
At least sometimes, people have experienced gut symptoms such as nausea, gas, bloating, cramping, side stitching, and an urge to defecate during aerobic exercise sessions over the last month.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase this product.
Do at least 120 minutes per week of aerobic exercise that is planned and structured, and that is of at least moderate intensity.
Many people have had at least mild anxiety over the past 2 weeks
This means that they have a computer that is connected to the internet.
