Who is the study for?
This trial is for lung cancer patients, stages I-III, who've had certain surgeries like thoracentesis or lobectomy within the last year. They must be aged 40-80 and have less than five years of voice training. Excluded are those in respiratory failure, with severe neurological/hearing issues, dysphonia, no tech access or quiet space, and prisoners.Check my eligibility

The study tests how Vocal Intonation Therapy (VIT) and Therapeutic Singing (TS) affect breathing function short-term in lung cancer patients. It also looks at how these music therapies might improve their respiratory quality of life.See study design
