Study Summary
This trial tests if virtual facilitation helps rural pharmacists implement COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy counseling better than traditional methods. Fidelity observations will compare the two.
Who is the study for?
This trial is for rural pharmacies with at least a 32.9% African American population or where 58% voted Republican in the 2020 presidential election, and are members of RURAL-CP. Pharmacies not offering COVID-19 vaccines are excluded.Check my eligibility
What is being tested?
The study tests if virtual coaching helps pharmacists better implement COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy counseling compared to just webinars and online training. Pharmacists will be observed for fidelity to the counseling intervention.See study design
What are the potential side effects?
Since this trial involves educational interventions rather than medical treatments, traditional side effects aren't expected; however, participants may experience increased workload or stress due to additional training requirements.
