Eligibility Criteria:
This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- You are currently receiving treatment for alcohol or other substance use.You have ongoing pain for at least three months, most days of the week, and it's usually a 3 or more out of 10 in terms of how bad it is.You are at risk of harming yourself.You have constant pain most days of the week, with an average severity of 3 or more out of 10, for at least three months.You are currently experiencing severe mental distress or confusion.You drink alcohol in a way that might be harmful to your health, based on a specific questionnaire.You are 21 years old or older.

This trial has the following groups:- Group 1: Assessment Only
- Group 2: Personalized Feedback Intervention (PFI)

This trial has 1 awards, including:- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
