This trial will study the effects of stress related to COVID-19 on social drinkers who are at risk for alcohol misuse. The trial will use digital interventions to help participants manage their stress.

- You have a serious medical condition right now.You cannot have any psychiatric disorders, except for depression and anxiety.You have either very high or very low stress related to COVID-19.You have a history of drug addiction or abuse, except for mild alcohol, tobacco, or marijuana use.You drink too much alcohol regularly or have episodes of excessive drinking.
- Group 1: Risky drinkers
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
