- You have a major problem with your memory, thinking, or ability to understand things.Female participants.You have maintained a consistent medication regimen for the past three months.You have a mental condition that causes you to have hallucinations, delusions, or thoughts of harming yourself.You are living in a community setting.You are aged 60 years or older.You have engaged in at least one episode of binge eating per week over the past three months or longer.You are able to give informed consent.You are currently receiving treatment for Barrett's esophagus.
- Group 1: BESTOW behavioral intervention
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
