Why did patients apply to this trial?

I am almost 60 years old, and Ive never had the time or the financial wherewithal to receive mental health treatment. I also have PTSD, which may impact how I should be treated. Im hoping for another 10-15 years, and Id like to live them out in the best mental state possible.
