This trial is for children aged 9-26 who have visited participating practices in the past year and are listed in the Colorado Immunization Information System, except those with vaccine hypersensitivity or whose parents opted out of the registry.Check my eligibility

This trial includes the following eligibility criteria:- My child is not eligible if they are allergic to vaccine components, removed from the immunization registry, or changed their primary care provider.My child is between 9-26 years old and has been seen by our doctor in the last year without opting out of the Colorado Immunization Information System.My eligibility is not affected by my gender, ethnicity, or insurance.
