What is the purpose of this trial?
The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of an intensive activities-based locomotor training program as compared to traditional physical therapy on activity, participation, and central and peripheral neurophysiological adaptation in children with cerebral palsy.

Timeline for a Trial Participant
Screening
Participants are screened for eligibility to participate in the trial
AB-LT Intervention
Participants undergo activities-based locomotor training including partial body weight supported treadmill training, overground walking, and play-based activities
Washout Period
A washout period occurs between the AB-LT intervention and traditional therapy
Traditional Therapy
Participants receive traditional physical therapy
Follow-up
Participants are monitored for safety and effectiveness after treatment
