This trial will compare standard therapy to therapy with Adhere.ly, a web-based platform to help therapists better engage clients in mental health treatment.

Who is the study for?
This trial is for English-speaking adults over 18 with depression or anxiety who are seeking treatment and have internet access via a laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Mental health providers with at least a master's degree and active caseloads in the U.S. can also participate. People with psychotic symptoms, significant cognitive disabilities, or developmental disorders cannot join.Check my eligibility
