- My gender, race, or ethnicity does not affect my eligibility.I am currently treating youth and can provide family intervention during the project.I am willing to work with a family (1 child aged 11-18 and their caregiver).I can allocate resources and am willing to engage in readiness and implementation advice.
- Group 1: Culturally Informed and Flexible Family-Based Treatment for Adolescents (CIFFTA).
- Group 2: Family Therapy Training and Implementation Platform (FTTIP)
- Group 3: Agency Readiness Consultation- Family Therapy Training and Implementation Platform (FTTIP)
- Group 4: Agency Engagement and Orientation as Usual
- Group 5: Traditional in person Training as Usual
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.

"The primary aim of this clinical trial, to be observed over the course of Pre therapy (at baseline) and post therapy at 24 weeks period, is to assess any changes in adolescent behaviour issues via Achenbach System of Empirically Based Assessments Brief Problem Monitoring. Additional metrics that are being measured include patient satisfaction with CIFFTA evidenced based treatment through a 10 question survey; activities related to agency readiness as recorded by Organizational Readiness Consultation Activity Log; plus Trainee Rating of Usefulness for therapists when using the FTTIP platform alongside their confidence in implementing techniques."
