- I have recently been diagnosed with cancer.I can give my consent in English or Spanish.My cancer has come back or gotten worse, as confirmed by tests.I am a minority, low-income, have public insurance, have insurance from an agricultural company, or am uninsured.I have not been recently diagnosed with cancer nor has my cancer come back.My doctor has documented that I am unable to consent to the study on my own.I am under 18 years old.I am 18 years old or older.
- Group 1: Usual Oncology Care
- Group 2: Community Health Worker Intervention
- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
- Screening: It may take up to 3 Weeks to process to see if you qualify in this trial.
- Treatment: The duration you will receive the treatment varies.
- Follow Ups: You may be asked to continue sharing information regarding the trial for 6 Months after you stop receiving the treatment.
