Study Summary
This trial will test different ways to make it easier for Black and Latino/Hispanic people to get COVID-19 tests, with the goal of reducing the spread of the virus in these communities.

- You have not been tested for COVID-19 in the last three months.I haven't had COVID-19 symptoms for 2 weeks or it's been 90 days since I was treated with monoclonal antibodies or plasma.I am between 18 and 70 years old.I can participate in the study using English or Spanish.Lives in New York CityI worked as a frontline worker in an essential job last month.I am willing to participate in a core session and accept random assignment to different treatment components.I haven't had a COVID-19 vaccine in the last year.You are of Black, African, Caribbean, African-American, Latino, or Hispanic race/ethnicity.

- No Placebo-Only Group - All patients enrolled in this study will receive some form of active treatment.
