This study is evaluating whether a new treatment for lung cancer may improve survival.

My cancer has spread to distant parts of my body.

I can take care of myself and am up and about more than half of my waking hours.

I have had radiation therapy not aimed at my lungs and no lung surgery on the affected side.

I have been cancer-free for over 3 years, except for non-melanoma skin cancer or in-situ cancers.

My lung cancer has not spread to certain lymph nodes, confirmed by a biopsy.

I have had lung function tests within the last 6 months or am unable to do them due to a condition like tracheotomy but am considered operable.

I am considered high-risk for surgery based on specific health criteria.

My tumor can be partially removed by surgery according to a lung surgeon.

My cancer has not spread to distant parts of my body.

My lung cancer was confirmed by a biopsy within the last 6 months.

My lung tumor is located away from the center of my lung.

My lung scans show a type of lung cancer with more than half solid areas in the cloudy parts.

My tumor is 4 cm or smaller, confirmed by a recent scan.

This research study is a way of gaining new knowledge about whether patients can omit radiation treatment after undergoing a lumpectomy, also known as "breast conserving surgery". In this trial, we are attempting to identify which patients may not need radiation.

Lumpectomy Without Radiation for Breast Cancer

This study is evaluating whether patients can omit radiation after undergoing a lumpectomy.

I haven't had any cancer diagnosis in the past 5 years, except for non-melanoma skin cancer or cervical lesions.

I have not received any systemic therapy for breast cancer before joining.

My breast cancer has spread to my chest wall or skin.

My cancer is present only as tiny invasions in the tumor.

You have a serious health condition that may significantly shorten your life.

Your doctor believes you will live for more than 5 years.

My cancer is present in multiple locations within the same organ.

My cancer is present in multiple locations within the same area.

I am willing to undergo hormone therapy after my main cancer treatment.

I have a genetic mutation linked to cancer.

My breast cancer was removed with clear margins.

My tumor is ER+ or PR+, HER2-, and not highly aggressive.

My lymph nodes are cancer-free or only have tiny cancer cells not larger than 0.2mm.

I am able to understand and give informed consent.

I cannot or do not want to undergo hormone therapy.

I have had radiation therapy on my chest or breast before.

I can care for myself but may not be able to do active work.

My breast cancer diagnosis was confirmed through a biopsy.

This study is evaluating whether a drug called Palbociclib can be used to treat breast cancer.

You have had allergic reactions to drugs similar to palbociclib.

I am not pregnant or have a recent negative pregnancy test.

I am not taking strong medication that affects liver enzymes.

I do not have any uncontrolled illnesses that would affect my participation.

I have no cancer history, except for certain allowed conditions.

I am taking medication for bone thinning while on this study.

My breast cancer is at Stage I to III and the tumor is at least 1.5 cm big.

The breast imaging should also include images of the armpit on the same side.

Women who could still have children need to have a negative pregnancy test within a week before joining the study.

I have been treated with a CDK inhibitor before.

My breast cancer is confirmed as invasive lobular or ductal carcinoma.

Your lab test results must be within certain limits.

I agree to use birth control during and for 6 months after my treatment.

I am postmenopausal, having had no periods for at least a year or have had both ovaries removed.

I haven't had hormone therapy in the last 5 years before my current cancer diagnosis.

I am fully active or can carry out light work.

I have had DCIS in either the same or the opposite breast.

My breast cancer is hormone receptor positive and HER2 negative.

I agree to have the necessary research biopsies before and after two weeks of endocrine therapy.

PEPPER is a randomized study comparing the three most commonly used anticoagulants in North America in patients who have elected to undergo primary or revision hip or knee joint replacement surgery. The anticoagulants being compared are enteric coated aspirin, low intensity warfarin, and rivaroxaban.

This study is evaluating whether different anticoagulants may be more effective than others in preventing blood clots following joint replacement surgery.

I am having surgery to replace both my hips or knees.

My blood pressure is not higher than 220/120 mmHg.

I am scheduled for a hip/knee replacement or hip resurfacing surgery.

I have a bleeding disorder that has required blood transfusions and treatment.

I understand and can follow the study's requirements.

I am eligible for at least two of the study's treatment options.

I have had bleeding in my stomach, brain, or elsewhere in the last 3 months.

I had surgery on my eye, ear, or brain less than a month ago.

Multiple Drug Therapy for Glioblastoma

I have had radiation therapy to my brain before.

I do not have any stomach or intestine problems that could affect how a medicine works in my body.

My cancer does not have the IDH1 R132H mutation.

My original cancer diagnosis was not upgraded to glioblastoma from a lower grade.

I have had another type of cancer but meet the specific criteria.

My doctor considers my tumor bleeding significant.

I have an active Hepatitis B or C infection.

My tumor's MGMT promoter is not methylated.

I agree to use birth control during the study.

I have a confirmed diagnosis of glioblastoma or gliosarcoma in my brain after surgery.

I had surgery for brain cancer but no chemo or radiation.

My cancer's genetic information is being studied or is available.

I do not have any uncontrolled illnesses.

I have severe diarrhea that doesn't improve with medication.

I am currently taking warfarin or similar blood thinners.

Nivolumab Ipilimumab

Study of Optimized Management of Nivolumab Based on Response in Patients With Advanced RCC (OMNIVORE Study)

Nivolumab + Ipilimumab Timing for Kidney Cancer

This study is evaluating whether a drug called nivolumab and a drug called ipilimumab can be used to treat advanced renal cell cancer.

I haven't taken steroids or immunosuppressants for an autoimmune disease in the last 6 months.

I may or may not have had previous cancer treatments, including adjuvant therapy.

My cancer can be measured by scans according to RECIST 1.1.

My recent tests show my organs are functioning well.

I have a serious wound or ulcer that is not healing.

Your heart's electrical activity, as measured by a test, is too slow.

I haven't had any serious GI issues or fistulas in the last 6 months.

I am not pregnant and either cannot become pregnant or have been postmenopausal for at least a year.

I have been mostly active in the last 28 days.

I suspect I have kidney cancer that has spread, and I plan to have surgery or a biopsy soon.

I haven't taken any cancer-targeting pills or any cancer treatment in the last 4 weeks.

My brain or spinal cancer has been treated and stable for 4 weeks.

You have had serious allergic reactions to certain types of medications made from proteins.

All side effects from my previous cancer treatments have improved to mild or returned to normal.

I can provide a tumor sample and am willing to have a biopsy before treatment, unless it's unsafe.

My stored cancer tissue sample is good enough for testing.

I have a history of lung scarring or inflammation but not from radiation.

My kidney cancer cannot be removed by surgery and has spread.

I have signs of a blocked gut or need nutrition through IV.

You have air in your abdomen that isn't from a recent surgery or medical procedure.

I haven't had cancer other than kidney cancer in the last 5 years, or if I did, it was not serious and was treated.

I have not used checkpoint inhibitors for my kidney cancer but may have used IFN-α or IL-2.

I haven't taken any immune-weakening drugs in the last 2 weeks, with some exceptions.

I have received radiation for kidney cancer within the last 14 days, except for one dose for symptom relief.

My adrenal gland disorder is not under control.

I do not have active hepatitis B but had it in the past.

You are allergic to any part of the nivolumab or ipilimumab product.

I haven't had major surgery in the last 4 weeks.

I agree to use two forms of birth control or abstain from sex during and 120 days after treatment.

I have not received a live vaccine in the last 4 weeks.

I have hepatitis C but my viral DNA test is negative.

I haven't had severe infections or been hospitalized for them in the last 4 weeks.

I have had a stem cell or organ transplant in the past.

I do not have severe heart problems like recent heart attacks or unstable heart rhythms.

I understand and can follow the study's procedures.

This study is a randomized trial of hypofractionation (short-course) radiation therapy versus conventional radiation therapy in women who have undergone mastectomy and immediate breast reconstruction. The investigators will assess cosmetic and reconstruction outcomes, lymphedema, cancer status, side effects, and oncologic outcomes.

Study of Radiation Fractionation on Patient Outcomes After Breast REConstruction (FABREC) for Invasive Breast Carcinoma

Radiation Therapy Duration for Breast Cancer

This study is evaluating whether a shorter course of radiation therapy is as effective as a longer course of radiation therapy for women who have undergone mastectomy and immediate breast reconstruction.

I do not have any severe illnesses that would stop me from joining the study.

I had cancer before, but it's been 5 years and it's not likely to come back, or it was a minor skin or cervical cancer.

I am eligible for radiation therapy after breast removal surgery according to NCCN guidelines.

My breast cancer has come back or I've had radiation therapy for it before.

My breast cancer is in an early to mid-stage (I-III) and has not spread beyond nearby tissues.

I had reconstructive surgery with an implant or expander right after mastectomy.

I haven't taken any Crohn's disease biologics or experimental treatments recently.

I have had Crohn's disease for at least 3 months with inflammation in my colon, ileum, or both.

My Crohn's disease medication dose has been changing.

I have complications from Crohn's disease like blockages or short gut syndrome.

The purpose of this study was to compare the overall survival (OS) of participants with locally advanced or metastatic urothelial cancer treated with enfortumab vedotin (EV) to the OS of participants treated with chemotherapy.

This study compared progression-free survival on study therapy (PFS1); the overall response rate (ORR) and the disease control rate (DCR) per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) V1.1 of participants treated with EV to participants treated with chemotherapy.

In addition, this study evaluated the duration of response (DOR) per RECIST V1.1 of EV and chemotherapy and assessed the safety and tolerability of EV, as well as, the quality of life (QOL) and Patient Reported Outcomes (PRO) parameters.

This study is evaluating whether EV is better than chemotherapy for people with advanced urothelial cancer.

I've had platinum-based treatment for my cancer and it progressed within a year.

I am allergic to certain cancer drugs like docetaxel, paclitaxel, or vinflunine.

My diabetes has been under control for the last 3 months.

I've had more than one chemotherapy for advanced bladder cancer or if it came back within a year after treatment.

I haven't had cancer, except for certain skin, prostate cancers, or fully removed in-situ cancers, in the last 3 years.

I am on medication for an infection but not just as a preventive measure.

You are allergic to EV or any ingredients in the drug, or allergic to biopharmaceuticals made in Chinese hamster ovary cells.
