How Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Affects Patients

Corticosteroids reduce inflammation by blocking the signals that cause it. The effects of dexamethasone last for different amounts of time depending on how it is taken. Corticosteroids can be taken in doses much higher than what the body produces. It is important to be aware that taking corticosteroids can lead to a weakened immune system and an increased risk of infections.

How Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate works in the body

I had a really severe allergic reaction that resulted in heavy rashes all over my face. It was so bad that the skin around my jaw was tight and painful to move.
