Effectiveness

How Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride Affects PatientsCiprofloxacin is an antibiotic that can be used to treat a range of bacterial infections. It works by blocking the action of two enzymes that are necessary for bacteria to reproduce. Ciprofloxacin does not interact with other types of antibiotics, making it a good choice when other antibiotics have not been effective. It is also being studied for its potential use in treating malaria, cancer, and HIV/AIDS.
How Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride works in the bodyCiprofloxacin is an antibiotic that works by targeting a specific enzyme in bacteria. This enzyme, called DNA gyrase, helps the bacteria to replicate their DNA. Ciprofloxacin blocks this enzyme, preventing the bacteria from making copies of its DNA and ultimately killing the bacteria.

When to interrupt dosage

The suggested dosage of Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride is based upon the diagnosed condition, such as Proteus mirabilis, Conjunctivitis and Cystitis. The amount of dosage is contingent upon the technique of delivery (e.g. Kit; Powder, for suspension - Oral or Kit; Suspension) outlined in the table beneath.

Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride for Bacterial Urinary Tract Infection
After two days of taking the medication as directed, I saw no improvement in my condition. So, I took a larger dose for one day and that did the trick! Then I went back to following the normal prescription instructions.

Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride for Bacterial Urinary Tract Infection
I've found that this drug makes a real difference after just a few 500mg tabs. This has been true for many years now. My immune system seems to become compromised with a urinary track infection, bronchitis, pain in a knee joint, and a general feeling of illness all at the same time. Nothing else works for me like this does. I take just a 7-day dose at 2 tabs per day to start with - but the need to continue always seems just around the corner.

After taking this medicine, I had swollen lymph nodes. Now, months later, I am still dealing with the consequences and going through tests to rule out lymphoma.

Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride for Bacterial Urinary Tract Infection
I had a UTI that other antibiotics couldn't clear up, but this treatment finally did the trick. I experienced some mild side effects like headaches and fatigue, but it was worth it to get rid of the infection.
