Effectiveness

How Addyi works in the body

Flibanserin binds to serotonin receptors in the brain, allowing it to act as a stimulant on some receptors and a blocker on others. Specifically, it binds to 5-HT1A and 5-HT2A receptors and can block the activity of dopamine and other hormones. This effect is believed to balance out serotonin levels in the brain and aid in reward processing.

Addyi for Disorder of Low Sexual Desire in Premenopausal Woman

I'll be taking this treatment tomorrow and I'm already hopeful based on the reviews and research I've done. The price is a bit high, but from what I can tell it's worth it. I'll come back in a month to update my review after seeing how well it works for me and if there are any side effects.

Addyi for Disorder of Low Sexual Desire in Premenopausal Woman

About three weeks after starting this medication, I noticed a significant increase in my libido. It's been great to feel that intimacy with my husband again. The only downside is that I sometimes feel fatigue during the day, but it's worth it for the benefits I've seen so far.

Addyi for Disorder of Low Sexual Desire in Premenopausal Woman

I was pretty disappointed with Addyi. I took it for the full ten weeks and didn't notice any changes whatsoever--definitely not what I was expecting or hoping for. It did help me sleep, though when I stopped taking it I had a lot of trouble sleeping again. Zero side effects, which is good, but overall just not worth it in my opinion.

Addyi for Disorder of Low Sexual Desire in Premenopausal Woman

The only change I experienced after taking this medication for several weeks was an increase in my anger. I would lash out over small things and it really bothered me because it wasn't like me. As soon as I stopped taking the medication, everything went back to normal. So while it didn't help with my low libido, it definitely changed my personality for the worse.

Addyi for Disorder of Low Sexual Desire in Premenopausal Woman

I deeply regret not reading reviews prior to using this service. The customer service was deplorable and the supposed medical professionals were clearly unqualified. I highly suspect that the medication did nothing more than act as a placebo.

FDA shouldn't have passed this drug. It's awful and makes you feel hungover and like you have food poisoning at the same time.

I felt completely scammed by this company. They require you to do three months, then pay again for another three months with no guarantee of results. I only felt worse after using their products.
