I've found that this treatment doesn't work immediately, but sometimes the next day. It's random, but I'll get an erection while sitting at my desk or eating lunch with colleagues. Usually it works when I plan for it though.

I found that one tablet of 10mg wasn't enough to really see results. I had better luck with two tablets of 10mg or one tablet of 20mg, but even then it was only a weak performance.
