This treatment has definitely saved my life, but I find that I need a nap every day now. Not sure if that's related, but it's worth noting. I've been on the treatment for about three months and have had no problems skipping a night here or there.

Restoril is only effective if you don't use it every night, according to my doctor. It's for short-term use only. I've heard similar things about Dramamine. That said, it's still nice to have something for the occasional sleepless night.
