Effectiveness

How Neggram Affects PatientsNalidixic acid is an antibiotic that is taken orally to treat infections caused by certain types of bacteria, such as Enterobacter, Escherichia coli, Morganella Morganii, Proteus Mirabilis, Proteus vulgaris, and Providencia rettgeri. This drug is effective against most urinary pH levels and kills the bacteria it targets. In some cases, bacteria can become resistant to nalidixic acid, but this resistance cannot be passed on.
How Neggram works in the bodyNalidixic acid works by attaching itself to DNA. This blocks the production of RNA and proteins, which stops bacteria from growing and multiplying.

Neggram for Urinary Tract Infection
I had an incredibly severe allergic reaction to this medication when I was 10 years old. I spent over a month hospitalized and my joints were so swollen it was excruciating to even move. In my opinion, this drug should be taken off the market entirely.
