Effectiveness

How Jublia Affects PatientsOn Day 28 of treatment, the average amount of drug in the blood was 0.67 ng/mL, with a range of 0.37 ng/mL. The total amount of drug in the body over time (AUC) was 12.15 ng*h/mL, with a range of 6.91 ng*h/mL.
How Jublia works in the bodyEfinaconazole is an antifungal medication that works by blocking a molecule called lanosterol from being made. Lanosterol is necessary for the fungus to make a type of fat that makes up its cell membrane. By blocking this molecule, the fungus is unable to make enough of the fat, so it can’t survive.

Jublia for Fungal Infection of Toenails
I had been struggling with infected toenails for over 10 years, trying every home remedy I could find. This treatment finally did the trick and cleared up my nails in just a few months. Definitely ask your pharmacist or doctor how to apply it properly - I applied it around the perimeter of my nail and under my nail as much as possible.

Jublia for Fungal Infection of Toenails
I'm already on my fourth month of using this product and I see new nails with no sign of fungus. I'll keep using it in the hopes that my toenails will be clear. So far, no allergic reaction either. Easy to use; I apply it once or twice daily.

Jublia for Fungal Infection of Toenails
Jublia is great! You just have to make sure you screw the lid on tight so it doesn't dry out, and then apply it to your nails. For best results, put on two coats for large toenails and one coat for smaller nails. Do this every day, and one bottle should last you about a month.

Jublia for Fungal Infection of Toenails
I had a pretty severe case of fungus on five of my fingernails and Jublia was the only thing that worked for me. It took a full year of treatment, but it was worth it in the end.

Jublia for Fungal Infection of Toenails
Jublia is a medication that takes years to work, but it does eventually allow a new, fungus-free toenail to grow in place of the infected one. I've been using it for a while now and have seen gradual results.

Jublia for Fungal Infection of Toenails
I found that it worked best to apply the medication at night and let my toes air dry, or I used a hair dryer on low heat to dry them before applying the meds. Also, don't wear socks or shoes after you've applied it - go for waterproof sandals instead since the medication can run down the sides of your toes. It takes a few months for the infected nails to grow out completely, but you should see improvement from month to month.

Jublia for Fungal Infection of Toenails
I used this for 16 months, and it became increasingly expensive over time. It was great while I was using it, but unfortunately the condition came back a few months after I stopped. In my opinion, it's not worth the cost.

I was very disappointed with this product. I began using it as directed, and after one week my nail had lifted off the skin and lost 80% of its mass.

Jublia for Fungal Infection of Toenails
I have used Julia 10% for over a year with no success in improving my toenail fungus. If anything, it made my toenails worse. I've tried everything from keeping them short to grinding them down, but nothing has worked.
