It is not known to have any effects on the central nervous system, blood pressure, or heart rate like amphetamine drugs.
How Phentermine Hydrochloride works in the bodyPhentermine works by increasing the amount of noradrenaline in a certain area of the brain. This increases the activity of certain receptors and creates a "flight-or-fight" response, which reduces hunger signals.
