Naftin for Athlete's Foot

I had a terrible case of foot fungus that I dealt with for two years. No over-the-counter cream could fix it, but this treatment did the job in just one week!

Naftin for Athlete's Foot

Naftin GEL is much easier to apply, and it's absorbed very quickly. The cream takes forever to get absorbed and stains clothing--I'd love to know more about the potency and absorption rates of gels vs creams, as well as their relative efficacy.

Naftin for Athlete's Foot

Dermatologist prescribed Naftin for my athlete's foot and it worked like a charm. It was pricey, but well worth it given the results.

Naftin for Athlete's Foot

Naftin seemed to be working at first, but then I had a severe allergic reaction. Now I have blisters and discoloration on my toes from where the gel was applied. I've stopped using it for now, but the blisters aren't going away.

Naftin for Athlete's Foot

The high price is the only downside to this otherwise effective treatment.

Naftin for Ringworm of Groin Area

I developed a more widespread and severe case of the very infection I was trying to treat by using this medication. Not only that, but it cost me over $250 with no guarantee of success.

Naftin for Athlete's Foot

Naftin cream caused severe allergic reaction all over feet and hands within days of initial application. Was told it was the athlete's foot and to continue using Naftin. Went to a different doctor with hands blistering. Very painful and itchy. Was prescribed steroid cream to treat the allergic reaction to Naftin.

Naftin for Ringworm of Groin Area

Jock itch was still an issue even after using this medication, though it did help to lessen the itching sensation. The gel also caused a burning feeling if applied to already irritated skin.

Naftin for Ringworm of the Body

I've had ringworm for two months now and it's been a nightmare. I spent $100 on this cream that did nothing to help. In fact, it made my rash worse and I ended up having to go to the ER. Do not bother with this medication, it's a waste of time and money.

Naftin for Ringworm of the Body

I was very disappointed with this treatment. It didn't work at all, and it was a waste of money. I'll be sure to tell my doctor not to prescribe this for ringworm in the future.
